President Biden has refused to add members to the current radical Supreme Court. This after Biden attacked Anita Hill so that Clarence Thomas could be appointed to the Supreme Court.

That really hurts when down ballot candidates try to hold Trump accountable for his radical appointments. Not only will Biden’s net effect on the Court be the same as the GOP’s unless and until new, rational, members are added to the Court. But Biden won’t even run on adding them, which could keep many voters from staying home.

While it shall hurt Democrats all over the Country, in New Hampshire, former US Senator Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) who is running for NH Governor, literally held Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch’s hand throughout the nomination process.

The candidates for Governor in NH would love to attack Ayotte in the general election. But while Biden is on the ballot, it will only bring up Biden’s shady past regarding his involvement in the ethically challenged Clarence Thomas’ appointment.
